Two yellow-headed Amazon parrots rescued from smugglers are recovering in Florida — and learning to trust again

Papaya and Fig were intercepted at the U.S.–Mexico border in a smuggling attempt. They're now at the North Florida Wildlife Center, slowly relearning safety, food, and play.
